Our goal is to educate, train, and prepare individuals for successful real estate careers.  The first step on your career path is attending the 45-hr Pre-Licensing Course or completing the OnLine Home Study Course.

Admission Requirements
There are no specific requirements for enrollment in our courses, however State Law sets licensing requirements.

State Law requires that anyone selling real estate owned by others, for compensation, must have either a Salesperson or Broker license.  Salesperson licensees MUST work under the supervision of a Broker, but Broker licensees may sponsor themselves OR work under another Broker.

State Salesperson License
To receive a Salesperson license you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old.

  • Have completed high school or obtained a GED.

  • Successfully complete the 45-hr Real Estate Transactions course.*

  • Achieve a score of 75% or more on the state Salesperson licensing exam.

State Broker License
To receive a Brokers license you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old.

  • Have completed high school or obtained a GED

  • Successfully complete 120-hrs of approved real estate education, or have a Salesperson license and successfully complete 75-hrs of real estate broker education.*

  • Achieve a score of 75% or more on the state Broker licensing exam.

    Broker licensing requires an additional 75-hrs of approved coursework beyond the 45-hr salesperson course.  Broker courses are given as five separate modules each earning 15 credit hours towards the required 75-hrs.

    • Contracts and Conveyances    15-hrs.

    • Advanced Principles  15-hrs.

    • Brokerage Administration  15-hrs.

    • Real Estate Finance    15-hrs.

    • Property Management  15-hrs.

*Licensed attorneys and persons having a four year college degree in business/related fields may be exempt from coursework requirements.
